New project underway
Well this week we got a good start on this winters project. We are building this for Greg (Amy's dad) to race. Hopefully it will be able to see the track by the end of the upcoming season.
It consists of a 2001 Ford Focus ZTS sedan, and a lovely 302/c4 combo. Not sure of all the specs on the engine.....greg has them somewhere. Started out keeping it street legal but figured one of us would get it impounded.....so trailer queen she is!!
We will be using the Kugel Komponents conversion kit. Engine cradle should be arriving in feb. Lots to do until then.
We are still trying to track down a rear end, but other then that just need to pick up small things like pump, cell, electronics.

parts are ordered!!! Going down to montana on the long weekend to pick them up.

Ok well time for a little update. Most of the car has been gutted except the rear susp. We have started to install the front end but this has been slow due to the start of quadding season and of course getting ready for the wedding. So here are some pics.

when we get the front back on the ground. Just have to swap spindles right for left and then throw some tire back on
