so im planning to get some :) which should i pick, i have a 91 LX with a T5 , if i put in the 4.10 s how high will it rev @ 110 kph? its reving @ 1600rpm right now I have the 2.73s. Good for gasmilage thats about it, any ideas? I hit 110 kph in 2nd gear when i give'r shit :) :burnout:

how much your going to drive it at 110?

I think it depends how much you drive the car and how deep your wallet is for fuel.

4.10 will be better, but probably not with street tires.

i did some quick math, not sure if its accurate but looks like with the 4.10,s to have teh same # revs/min of the wheels that you get with the 1600rpm of the crank, w/ 2.73s woudl be about 2400 rpm, Im assuming that you must have over drive to get only 1600rpm cause with my car with the equiv 2.75 rear end (becasue of my over drive) i run at 2100rpm for 100km/h

I went from 3.08's to 3.73's. City mileage didn't seem to change, highway mileage was only down a couple o' miles per gallon (Hey, I'm 50, not 15! Metric confuses the hell out of me!) and religious use of the cruise control will make that back. I turn about 2200 rpm at 70mph. At the track, I dropped a good two tenths off my 60 ft. but it didn't pull as strong on the top end. All told, I should've gone with 4.10's!!

Awesome website, ill be going with the 4.10 it will put me in the 2200 rpm mark
thats no biggie. 1/4 mile will put me @ 5000rpm in 4th gear, right now im doing 4400 in 3rd gear. Im worried about the time for time spend on the extra shifting.
