Avatars are the size they are to save bandwidth, this is run off a computer in my basement over shaws lines. If someone wants to spend the money for server with lots of bandwidth I'd be happy to make them larger, till then they will stay the size they are though.

As for the titles. you have to have be registaged for 1 day and have 1 post.
