Painting

Great news. I started my new job and they are installing a new booth in the shop. The booth is large enough to recirculate the air in that part of the shop ever hour 4 times!
Well the news is , I don't work weekends, and weekends tend to be quiet around the shop, so quiet that there is no management, so great that the shipping and recieving guy has a key for the weekends and said that painting cars would easily be possible, and so possible seeing as how I am the main air dry painter there ( other painters do teflon) I have the guns, I own the sanding blocks and body sanders, I have access to cheaper materials, and I have the knowledge to do so,
This is not a for sure thing but it is pretty damn sure. Lets get these Merkurs painted!!
I kinda like the old Colin Mcrae white with blue and dark blue stripes.!
Oh yeah I am so buying a ford rs 200.! Oh , the only thing is labour, if you are willing to mask the car, sand the car, dissasemble the car, its all good.!

Awsome our Mekurs are in desperate need of paint.

Im willing to paint anyones car, complete (outside). If the car is not in bad shape and little rust. I will redo the entire car in just about any paint (any paint, but if specialty it will cost more) color. Basically save 1500$, when you get there we can go over what colors you want, what needs too be done. If it requires body work or new parts, I offer great discounts on that aswell. I dont want to make any money off the parts so you get cost and we can do NOS, Aftermarket, or USED, prices will be quoted when peices are identified too be replaced. Repairs or anything above and beyond basic refinishing will be quoted at time of inspection.

Interior color changes available, quote given when car is inspected when you have the 1500$ ready. (Just to save everyones time, if your just curious I can tell you via PM, but if your ready I will come out and check it all out and get an exact price).

I am a autobody technician and I give a lifetime warentee on my work. This is limited too rock chips, damage, or pretty much anything that is not my fault. Details on warentee can be given via PM.

To give you an idea of savings. A basic repaint with great products and straight panels is going to cost 3000 or more easy. Cost of product is VERY expensive (for the good stuff). So a basic start fee gets you your product and my labour at probably less then what an employee at McDonalds makes. But I enjoy what I do and I am trying to get my name out there.

At this time I am also willing to trade my labour and some of the product cost in exchange for parts that may end up helping me save money on my own projects.

I think this is a fair deal and my work is exceptional. Again any questions you can ask here if you like. Any questions about costs and ideas, please PM me. This is really not a for sale ad and would like to keep prices out of this thread the best I can, but I am willing to discuss all projects and paint ideas anyone may have.

Just as a side note to the origonal post, this is not just a spray and go deal. This is a complete refinish from start too finish, just need your car and the color I do the rest. I am not stealing from work so you will have to pay for supplies, but again thats cost. Also the paint I use is either base/clear or tricoat. I do not spray single stage, sorry to anyone that is a fan of that stuff.
